DADDY ALGORITHM is a play about emotionally traumatised people searching for love in the culture of online dating. If dating has become commodified then those who sell themselves well succeed. Narcissistic monologue replaces real conversation. Those who try to outwit the algorithm quickly find themselves exhausted.
The action takes place in the tinder box of Ian’s Intimate Dance Bar where our lovely singles break those boundaries, bust some moves and drop the home truths. Come at us, Daddy Algorithm. The night is yet young.
